Oakley Mayor Higgins and Developers Break Ground on Master Plan Community Grand Cypress Preserve
Oakley, Calif. (September 22, 2021) — Oakley Mayor Sue Higgins and local agency representatives joined executives from TI Capital’s real estate division Hemispheres for the ground-breaking ceremony of Grand Cypress Preserve, its highly anticipated residential master-planned community of over 3,000 homes, last Thursday.
Grand Cypress Preserve is planned for residents of all ages, offering homes in a wide variety of architectural styles and designs. It will also include a gated active adult village featuring lifestyle homes and amenities. All future residents of Grand Cypress Preserve will enjoy private and public amenities such as parks, trails and community centers, an eclectic mix of beautiful neighborhoods, and a 254-acre wildlife conservation habitat, known as the Northern Preserve.
